Trampoline Mat Safety Tips For Your Family
As you and your family and friends bounce away on your new trampoline, you may notice that the mat, or bed, in the center of your trampoline is getting quite a workout, too. As you continue to use your trampoline, the mat will become worn and unsafe. After all, although it is reinforced and stitched to make it as strong as possible, a trampoline mat is simply a piece of fabric. Stitches will break and threads will become more fragile. As you notice signs of wear, you should begin researching replacement trampoline mats. One of the best places to look for a new mat is the internet. There are several excellent sites that provide information on purchasing a replacement mat.

New York Safety Net Releases New Information for Victims of Domestic Abuse and Others Lacking a Voice in New York
(PRWEB) January 14, 2008 -- New York Safety Net (http://www.nysafetynet.com), a website of resources for the people of New York, has conducted new audio interviews with experts who provide assistance to people who might otherwise lack support within New York. Two interviews with officials of the Touro Law Center cover the unique programs available from the School. Dean Larry Raful discusses the larger perspective of the school as a training center for attorneys that provides direct access to the real world of law for students. Students can volunteer to provide pro bono services on cases dedicated to the public interest through the Public Advocacy Center. Tom Maligno, Executive Director of the Public Advocacy Center at Touro Law Center, goes into greater detail about the nonprofit agencies and public interest legal services that the center supports.
One of the agencies supported by the Public Advocacy Center is the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Karin Romans, Director of Development for the agency, discusses with interviewer Robert Coleman the difficulties encountered by victims of domestic abuse. She concludes with options for victims and a discussion of the resources available from the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
These audio interviews are available directly from the New York Safety Net website in the Audio Programs section.
New York Safety Net is sponsored by the law firm Schwartzapfel Truhowsky Marcus Sachs P.C. in New York City. Founding Partner Steve Schwartzapfel commented on the new interviews: "We continue to support the Touro Law Center for its unique programs that train new attorneys while also assisting individuals who otherwise might have little access to legal representation."
